Assistance in developing a simple software program

I am working on creating a simple GUI and program for an existing tobii assistive technology system that will communicate with a microcontroller. This is my first time using the tobii development platform and I am very confused on where to start assistance would be appreciated. I plan to code this program using VC++

Hi Daniel (@dlepko1), Tobii does not offer at this time any consultancy with regard to the EyeX SDK, however we do include extensive examples and documentation with the C++ language binding to get you started.

I would encourage you to first look at these to get a feel for how our SDK works which should hopefully point you in the right direction for your future development.
