Emek
ParticipantHelloes,
I’m having a difficulty on calibrating my tracker so I can get to develop things.I’ve contacted support, but it’s been around 4 days without a reply, so I thought forums might be more alive.
When plugged for the first time and after the setups ended, I ran the calibration so I could get back to work. I got to the 4th screen I suppose, where I’m supposed to pop three objects in the screen for the second time. Then calibration failed.
I didn’t mind much, restarted the calibration, I couldn’t get past the first screen ever since.

http://prntscr.com/a7aq2nI’m hopelessly trying to get it done, restarted my PC, did a fresh setup, checked the USB port, the device is responding, but I’m unable to advance further.
I can also upload the logs if anyone’s interested, but I feel like I’m totally lost. Any pros to get me back on track?

KeymasterHi Emek (@mithgroth), Calibration issues can be caused by a number of environmental factors such as proximity to high amount of infrared light (eg a window closeby), high ambient lighting, etc.
It might be worth sending us a couple of pictures of setup including the surrounding space.
Also, try in another room to see if indeed light interference is the cause.
