    Hi,

I found old topics in the forum about multiple 4C trackers are not supported. Will this change with new eye tracker 5 ?

    Thanks,
    Alex

Hi @alexhevc, thanks for you query. I am afraid that for the time being, this is not planned for the immediate future whilst we focus on deliver a single tracker device that can accommodate great screen sizes and environmental conditions. Multiple trackers side by side can create interference causing poor traceability in both, thus requiring a specialist approach which we thus far have not dedicated to researching.

Apologies for the disappointing news, of course you are free to have multiple systems side by side (ie two laptop, two trackers) controlled by a single mouse keyboard but we cannot guarantee proper functionality under such a setup. Best Wishes.

Hi Grant, Thanks for quick answer.

The SDK API allows enumerating connected devices. Is it possible to tackle this functionality using SDK. One possibility i see is to enable only one device at one time. Knowing monitor configuration this should not be hard.

Is it possible to power on/off individual devices using SDK?

    Thanks,
    Alex

Hi @alexhevc, no I’m afriad for the time being that is not something the Stream Engine API Supports.
