    Hi there,

I’m looking to use the Interaction Library SDK for the tobii 4C that I just bought, and it said to contact you guys. Is this the right forum to contact you through?

    Cheers,

    Ryan

Hi @rlewien3, thanks for your query. Yes you are in the right place! 🙂

You can download the Tobii Interaction Library API @ https://developer.tobii.com/consumer-eye-trackers-interaction-library/

Where we also provide a number of tutorials and sample applications in C,C++ & C# @ https://developer.tobii.com/consumer-eye-trackers-interaction-library-getting-started/

Please do go through these and let us know if we can provide you with any further information. Best Wishes.

Hi Grant – I’m an idiot and forgot to include that I’m looking for the MacOS version!

Hi @rlewien3, okay thanks for the clarification. I am afraid that for the time being, we do not have Mac Versions of the Interaction Library API available for public distribution. Apologies for the disappointing news.

    Hi Grant,

That’s strange – the Interaction Library says on its landing page that it “available for Windows (32-bit & 64-bit), MacOS (64-bit) and Linux 64-bit)”, and says to “contact Tobii” about it on the Getting Started page

Hi @rlewien3, yes thanks for spotting that, the page is now updated. I am afraid we have stopped supporting these platforms in conjunction with the Interaction Trackers.

Mac & Linux options are available with IS5 OEM products which you can read more about @ https://www.tobii.com/globalassets/tobii_is5_evaluation-kit_data-sheet_v3_20190925.pdf?v=1 however this is aimed at companies wishing to integrate eye tracking into their own components, rather than individual consumers.

If however, you think this might apply to you, please let me know.
