Viewing 1 post (of 1 total) Author Posts 12/11/2018 at 09:17 #8991 Grant [Tobii]Moderator Dear XR SDK Users, please be aware of a potential issue: Combined Gaze TobiiXR_EyeTrackingData.CombinedRay.IsValid is always false and TobiiXR_EyeTrackingData.CombinedRay.Direction is zero. Left and Right work as expected. This is probably due to an old firmware that doesnt support combined gaze. Please ensure that the the latest available firmware is installed (included in the bundle https://developer.tobii.com/vr/getting-started/devices/htc-vive-dev-kit/introduction/) Should anyone have further problems of this nature, kindly reply on this thread.
