    Hi,

I’ve recently started using a Tobii pro Nano device for my research, accessing it with the Python SDK. Before data acquisition, however, I rely on the Eye Tracker Manager to manage and calibrate the device. While the Eye Tracker Manager works well on my laptop, it has issues on my work PC:

On the device overview page, it cannot acquire a lock on my face, let alone see both my eyes. The position guide display choppy, jumpy, flickers, freezes for seconds, and the detected face location can jump abruptly to somewhere far away or, more often, the tracking is lost.

It’s even worse during calibration, where the screen flickers rapidly, parts of the screen turn black, and face lock is impossible to get – it’s green for half a second, then immediately completely red, then the screen freezes for some time, etc. I’m assuming there’s some incompatibility between ETM and some other stuff on my PC, and I’d appreciate some help in figuring out what.

    My PC runs Windows 10 x64 20H2
    Tobii Eye Tracker Manager 2.1.2
nano driver latest 1.8.15.0, also tried 1.2.4.0
USB cable is not faulty, same cable (plus extension plus USB C adapter) works with laptop
