Use EyeX SDK to save and analyze eye tracking data?

I want to make an application that saves and analyzes eye tracking data with Tobii EyeX SDK. How can I do that with the current SDK agreement?

Tobii has a Privacy policy where our standard agreement does not allow you to store data about eye movements, behavior etc.

You can use Tobii EyeX and record videos with gaze overlay if it’s enough for you.
