    Hi,

I am posting this on behalf of a SDK user who has been having browser troubles so he can not post himself.

Hi Darren, it would appear that the customer is confusing a number of different Tobii Components.

The Bonjour service is not used with the EyeX SDK but rather with the Tobii Pro Analytics SDK, which is not a connected product.

The customer seems to have both SDK installed on their system, and as the bonjour issue is known but not a problem for general operation, I am afraid I do not understand the overall issue they are having.

If the problem is relating to updating the Tobii EyeX software, then I would suggest trying to disable any firewall and/or antivirus software running and trying again.
