Dear psy-mates:
I have been running the Tobii Pro Lab ay University for research with glasses 3. I added a snapshot and ran the assisting map. Everything ran smooth, however since I am out of the city, I installed the trial version on my laptop. My laptop is new (so it has good memory and resources in general) but suddenly it does not allow me to run the assisting map. It doens even take 1 second to say “Assisted mapping went wrong”.
I checked the picture used for snapshop and is exactly the same used in the other pc. Then I installed the software on a second laptop and same error appears.
What could I be doing wrong ?
Thanks in advance,
