Yes it’s working fine now. Sorry about that mistakes, I messed up between EYETRACKINGDEVICESTATUS and USERPRESENCE.

Thanks to you it’s now working well 🙂

    Hi,
I am using using .NET for my Tobii application. May i know why the return value of _eyeXHost.EyeTrackingDeviceStatus is always INVALID? Even though my eye tracker is working fine, it keep returning “INVALID”. Because i am trying to obtain the device status of Tobii eye tracker. Can anyone answer me?

    Hello Min,

It’s impossible to answer this without seeing any code.
Have you tried the MinimalEngineStates sample in the SDK? Does it return states properly for you or is it also returning Invalid?

    Best regards
    Patrik
