    Hi. The Rex eyetracker never connects if I do it after starting Windows 8.1. I always have to reboot the computer for it to work. Any hints to a solution or is it normal behaviour?

    Hi, it is not normal behavior. However, there have been problems with using Tobii REX on some USB ports, especially on laptops in docking stations. See if it works better if you change USB port.

    Thanks. It might be the type of laptop I am using. A macbook pro running bootcamp. But usually it is no problem with other devices.
