Do I have to calibrate before using Tobii Eye Tracker 4C?

I have installed the ‘Tobii Eye Tracking Core Software’ execution procedure and the eye tracker works normally, but I want to know how it performs without calibration, can I set in the procedure or implement through the TobiiPro SDK?

Hi @guanzhong, you certainly need to calibrate the eye tracker for each new user. For the ET5, calibration launch is only supported via the Tobii Experience App, but you can launch a calibration via the Windows command line: “c:\Program Files (x86)\Tobii\Tobii Configuration\Tobii.Configuration.exe” -Q
