Eye Tracker Pro Spark Linux SDK – connected but not found

Hi,

I am trying to run a Tobii Pro Spark on Linux Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS via Matlab (reasonably sure it’s 2021b, can double check if relevant)

The code tobii.find_all_eyetrackers returns [] (empty variable).

The tracker is connected. When I run lsusb in the terminal it returns the device ID but the tracker doesn’t have a name (not sure if that’s relevant but I don’t know what the code is using to find the tracker)

What may be causing the eyetracker to be connected but not found?
