Hello,
My research is currently at a standstill due to the need to gather gaze data from Tobii devices. I understand that obtaining a research license is necessary to store data from the SDK. However, despite multiple attempts to contact the sales team via email, I have not received any response. I urge to have any light shed on the problem.
Has anyone successfully collected gaze data using the SDK or any other method?
