My research is currently at a standstill due to the need to gather gaze data from Tobii devices. I understand that obtaining a research license is necessary to store data from the SDK. However, despite multiple attempts to contact the sales team via email, I have not received any response. I urge to have any light shed on the problem.

Has anyone successfully collected gaze data using the SDK or any other method?

    Thank you.

Hi Lucas, could you please send me a PM with the email you used to register interest in the Tobii Stream Engine, and I will enquire on your behalf.

hi, I am also waiting to use Tobii Eye Tracker 4C to collect tracking data now, I don’t know what to do?

The current situation is that the instrument I paid for cannot obtain data. After reading their introduction, they said they could unlock it for free for a month. If it’s fake, then I can tell the researchers not to buy this instrument.

I’m sorry to hear about your difficulties with Tobii devices. If the sales team isn’t responding to your emails, try contacting them through alternative channels like their support forums, social media, or local distributors. The one-month free unlock mentioned in their materials should be genuine, so ensure you’re contacting the correct email address with all necessary information. Additionally, you might find help in online communities where researchers share alternative methods for collecting gaze data. Document your attempts to contact them, as this can help if you need to escalate the issue. Good luck!

    Hi Liu Dan
