normalized distance

Hi!
I have the research license for the tobii 4c.
I wonder if the pupils diameter is normalized, relative to their Right Distance[mm] and Left Distance[mm], or that data is as it captured and calculated in the tobii.
In other words, if I want to compare the two pupils, do you think I need to normalize the data, as they were at the same distance?

Hi @elta, thanks for reaching out. The pupil size metric is measured directly by the internal eye tracking algorithms so you can compare directly without any need for a normalisation parameter. Hopefully this answers your query, do let us know if you require any further information. Best Wishes.
