Pico Neo and TobiiXR Advanced API

I am using the TobiiXR Advanced API to get the eye tracking info. I am using it along with PicoVRSDK for Unity. The PicoVRSDK is working fine but when I use the Tobii.Advanced.LatestData command, it returns nothing and PicoVRSDK is also not returning any values.
Can someone help me what is going on and how do I get the per eye values using the Tobii Advanced API?

Hi @pvv321, sorry to hear about your issues. Can you kindly confirm if this issue still occurs if you use the XR SDK in isolation or only when you include PicoVR SDK ? If you could also include relevant software versions so we can attempt to reproduce the problem that would be helpful. Many thanks.

Thank you for the response. I am not getting any data when I am using the TobiiXR Advanced API in isolation too. I tried the getting started example from https://preview.vr.tobii.com/sdk/develop/unity/getting-started/tobii-advanced/
but the size of the spheres doesn’t change.

I am using the TobiiXRSDK_1.9.0-alpha50.671.unitypackage, PicoVR_Unity_SDK_2.8.6_B488, Unity 2019.3.13f1 and PICO Neo 2 eye.

Hi @pvv321, thanks for the additional details.. certainly, there should be no issue in running the XR SDK in isolation.

Accordingly, I think the best thing moving forward is to follow our extensive getting started guide for the Pico Eye and XR SDK which you can find @

If you could confirm that you go through all these steps (of which there are quite a few) and get back to us.

I would also ensure you are running the correct and latest versions as the ones you have supplied do not correspond to what is most recently available on our download site @ https://vr.tobii.com/sdk/downloads/
