Hi community. I looked forum questions, many developers have this problem. I have 2 Tobii devcie. All work normal in Laptop. In Personal Computer I use “Renesas USB 3.0 Extensible Host controller for Windows 8.1.
I connect two device,
1. Tobii EyeX
2. Kinect V2Two this devices use USB 3.0, Kinect work normal, but Tobii doesn’t work. When I connect Tobii device with USB cabel, Windows gave me sound notification about connection.

Tryed to download drivers but it dont worked to download.
Where from and what did you exact download? It is a lot to chouse from on that sides.I solved my problem with USB 3.0 card by installing a driver from the Intel website https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19880/USB-3-0-Renesas-Electronics-USB-3-0-Driver though I have no-name USB 3.0 card
