Hi,
I’m currently working with Tobii Eye Tracker 4c and Tobii Eye Tracker 5.
I bought the Tobii Pro SDK and using it.
Both my devices, when I start calibration process from .NET code, throw an error:
Tobii.Research.SavedLicenseFailedToApplyException: ‘The saved license on the device failed to apply. It has probably expired. API error code: SavedLicenseFailedToApplyException.’
What is it? I heard that there is some license embedded into each device seperately. Have licenses expried in on both my devices or there is some other issue?
And the most important, what is the way to fix this issue?

Hi, I’m afraid the Pro SDK does not support these products. Only the Tobii Stream Engine API may operate with these trackers for which you can request access @ https://developer.tobii.com/software-downloads/
