When I first got my computer, it had Tobii Eye Tracking already implemented. After a few days, it got an error and deleted itself (update error I’m pretty sure) Re-installed it a couple days ago and for some reason, it doesn’t give me a calibrate option or any other options except for “Settings” and “Games and Experiences”. I tried installing the Alienware core bundle, but it said I already had it. Also, it says in the Tobii menu “Ready for the next step? Learn what you can do if you connect an Eye Tracker.” Why is Tobii not giving me the other options?

Hi @michael951021 (Kevin). Sorry to hear about your issues. This first thing I would recommend is a complete uninstall of all the Tobii Software residing on your system and then install again using the latest versions available from our website.
In most cases this seems to resolve Customer issues. Let us know how it goes and we can go a bit deeper if required.
