Does the tobii pro sdk offer similar functionality as the core sdk? I’m interested in making the Tobii Fusion function with Gaze interactions on applications, such as precision mouse movements via gaze. I am not sure if this is a possibility, but if so I’d forever grateful for which direction to move towards.
Thank you

This forum is principally intended for support with the Tobii Tech Consumer-level eye trackers (4C, Eyex, etc) and their associated SDK’s.
You should get in touch with Tobii Pro Support team directly @ http://www.tobiipro.com/contact/contact-support/ for questions related to the Pro SDK.
That being said, I can inform you that the Core SDK (and Interaction Library) are tailored specifically for interaction purposes with a methodology and sample applications that fit this goal. You can check these out @ https://github.com/ojasiiitd/CoreSDK/tree/master/samples
Whilst the Pro SDK however is designed for research and analysis and as a result exposes more metrics and functionality such as monocular tracking, custom calibration, etc but without any means of demonstrating the use of the library for interaction purposes.
Additionally, you should be aware that regardless of the eye tracker hardware or SDK, you will not be able to achieve ‘precision’ mouse movements as the human eye possesses a natural jitter even when focusing on a stationary point, which is why we generally avoid any kind of mouse emulation and instead recommend gaze enabled application used in conjunction with traditional mouse and keyboard.
That being said, Tobii Dyanvox do provide a sort of mouse control software which you may be interested to read about @ https://www.tobiidynavox.com/support-training/downloads/gaze-interaction-software/ It most likely does not support the Tobii Fusion, but you can try it out.
Overall however, if your intention is to create interaction application with the Fusion, then your best bet would be the Tobii Stream Engine to ensure future support as the Core SDK will soon be deprecated.
Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.
