Tagged: Dictation voice EyeX button
Hi there,
I’m trying to combine the mouse control capabilities of the EyeX with the dictation and voice control capabilities of the Dragon naturally speaking software. I’m running into trouble setting up and using the EyeX button using dictation commands. For example, I’ve set up the control button to be the home key. When I physically pressed the home key everything works as expected, and the mouse jumps to where my gaze is currently pointed. However, when I set up the dictation command to press the home button, when using the dictation command instead of interacting with Tobii and moving the pointer according to my gaze, I get the regular home key function of moving to the top of the page. So my dictation software is working correctly, it is pressing the home button, but somehow in the way it is activating the home button skips or misses activating TOBII. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Yossi
