Weird issue in specific game

Hi Tobii Team. I have a curious issue that I can not explain.

I still use the Eye Tracker 4c. When I play F1 22, the connection from the eye tracker is always lost. Then the connection comes back on its own, but then gets lost again.

I am using Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, RTX 2070 Super and Ryzen 7 3700X. Tobii is connected with a USB 3.0 hub.

The strange thing is that only F1 22 has this problem. This does not happen with any other game, so Tobii gets enough power. The Connect/Disconnect-Loop happens only in F1 22.

By the way, I have tried everything. Reinstalled, both Tobii and F1 22, antivirus software (Kaspersky) test deactivated and also given all rights, drivers are also up to date. It actually happens only in F1 22, weird.
