    Hello,

    After the latest patch (2.13.4) the warp on mouse move doesn’t work on the desktop anymore. It works the moment i open a window, but the moment i am back on the desktop the warp on mouse move stops working. any ideas how to fix this ?

    Hi @harro thanks for your report and sorry to hear about your issues. I updated myself to the latest version and can confirm it is working for me both when all windows are minimised and when a program window is open. Accordingly, it would be helpful if you could kindly provide me with your full system specification including windows version number, etc.

    Also, is there any change if you include a binding key to initiate mouse warp (within interaction settings)? Might also be an idea to completely uninstall the Tobii Software and reinstall just in case.

    Thanks for the fast reply.
    I tried using a binding key to initiate mouse warp. Using the key does work on a desktop with minimized windows however it won’t work without using the key.
    Also noticed that having windows open on my second monitor and none on my main monitor still doesn’t make the mouse warp work.
    Reinstalling tobii didn’t fix my problem either. I did noticed it was still using my profile after a clean install how do i get rid of everything so i can actually get a full clean install? I included a full system summary in the link below.

    Hi @harro, you can follow the guide below on removing all traces which might be worth investigating @ https://help.tobii.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004526774-Installation-or-setup-issues

    Also, can you confirm there are no fullscreen applications running either in the background or on another screen? This might be causing the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot currently reproduce the problem in house, so will continue to investigate other possible causes.

    So i did a full clean uninstall of Tobii this didn’t fix the problem. Then i went on a killing spree removing pretty much everything i don’t need or barely need and it fixed the problem. I wish i would have checked in between for something that would have fixed it.. But at least we can confirm it wasn’t the Tobii Software causing the issue, something in the background was some how acting as if it was running full screen (wild guess).

    Anyways i am glad it’s working again the mouse warp function is truly a live safer to me.
