I am a volunteer of the Focus Project. I have a interaction problem with my Tobii EyeX Controller since last week after an update. It works fine before the update but can not complete the initialization now. I did not change the anything else, still the same USB 3.0 port.

Contained within a quite a few different suggestions and techniques.
Please go through them and let me know how you get on.

I just uninstalled all the Tobii software and downloaded the latest one from http://www.tobii.com/xperience/support/ then http://developer.tobii.com/?wpdmdl=185 and do the installation. It works now~~~~
